The Turaida Museum Reserve invites you to celebrate the old year-round festivity – Mārtiņš day, which is celebrated as the closing of the autumn season and is a gateway to the winter. In Turaida during the Mārtiņš day festivity the fire is made to share old traditions. Participants of the festivity are invited to dress in bright Gypsy clothes or to transform into other images and to celebrate the start of winter in Turaida!

As part of Sigulda Restaurant week, guests are invited to enjoy three-course meals from a selection of seven restaurants in Sigulda and the surrounding area: „Aparjods”, hotel „Sigulda” restaurant "Kropotkins", hotel "Ezeri SPA" restaurant „Gadalaiki”, restaurant „Fazenda”, restaurant „Kungu rija”, „Bīriņi castle restaurant” un „Mālpils manor restaurant”.
