Campsite Lakeside Sigulda

We follow silent camping principles, therefore in order to provide a restful time for yourself and others, we ask you to respect these rules.

Camping "Lakeside" allows you to a break from everyday rush and enjoy delightful mornings, sunny days and calm evenings.

Here you can stay with your own tents or campers. "Lakeside" is a place where you can find yourself swimming in Matiņu lake, going for  walks in forest trails or simply enjoy nature's beauty. In addition to the place for campers and tents, camping offers a shower and toilet. Campers can connect to the electricity, empty chemical toilet and refill water. We provide space for bonfires and picnic areas with tables.

Glamping

Camping Lakeside is located in Sigulda, one of the most beautiful cities in Latvia.

We offer our guests a get away from a city hassle next to the lake surrounded by the greens and nature, next to Matinu lake.

The glamping can accommodate two people. And will let you cherish an easy morning and calm evenings with the background of bees buzzing,  frogs croaking, birds chirping, leaves rustling and campfire crackling under the sky full of stars.

Glamping house is supplied with:

• Gas stove
• Espresso / moka pot
• Dishes and tableware
• Outdoor table and chairs
• Power bank for charging different devices (there is no electricity in tent)
• Bed with bed linen and blankets

Stand up paddle. 

Stand up paddle. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water.

In the territory of the campsite is also established a 1.7 km long walking trail in the forest and countless trails in the Gauja National Park.
