Gauja National Park's tourism offer popularized in MATKA 2023

From 20th - 22nd January Gauja National Park tourism offer is popularized in MATKA - Northen Europe largest travel fair.

Together with Cēsis, Sigulda and Valmiera municipalities we present the offer in the Gauja National Park. Travel fair visitors show their interest in recreation in nature, SPA treatments, hiking, campin and sightseeing. The tourists also told us their travel experience in Latvia and Gauja National Park.

The largest tourism exhibition in Northern Europe were gathering close to 1,000 tour operators, tourism organizations, 1,050 media representatives, industry bloggers and approximately 80,300 visitors from more than 90 countries.

Participation in tourism fair MATKA is organized in cooperation with the LIAA Tūrisma departaments.

In the National Stand of Latvia we are working together with Latvijas Kempingi - Campings of Latvia, Visit Jūrmala, Vidzemes plānošanas reģions, LVRA - Latvijas Viesnīcu un restorānu asociācija, Kurzeme Tourism Association, EXIT RĪGA
