Zilaiskalns cultural history and visitors centre

At the foot of Zilaiskalns, in the premises of an ancient water tower and a modern annex lies the Zilaiskalns Cultural History and Visitors Center ZTornis, where you can see the historical exposition about the natural object and shrine Zilaiskalns, the Zilaiskalns village, as well as the industrial object – water tower. can rise above Zilaiskalns and look into the historical narrow-gauge railway locomotive with the help of virtual reality. During the visit the guides of Zilaiskalns cultural history and visitors centre will tell various stories about Zilaiskalns and the village, will take you to the top floor of the tower to look at the village of Zilaiskalns.

At the top of the hill there is a 38.3-meter-high observation tower, which offers a wide panoramic view of the Zilaiskalns nature reserve and the surrounding area. A 3.5 km long circular nature trail - the Zilākalna Health Trail - leads along the slopes of the mountain.
