The centre welcomes school groups and individual visitors. It is designed to encourage an interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and inspire new approaches to teaching the subjects.
On the ground level, a kinetic floor – the largest of its kind in Europe – allows understanding how energy is produced. Visitors then pass through an exhibition dedicated to the history of research and the evolution of science through the ages.
The second floor is more interactive and encourages solving several tasks. Here, visitors will learn about the colonisation of Mars and how knowledge of STEM can ensure survival on another planet.
Upstairs, the third floor is focused on being active – it gives insight into astronaut training, features a gallery of the planetary system and a play area for younger visitors.
