The 32nd Latvian Cyclists’ Unity Ride will be held in Sigulda on 3 and 4 September. The event will cover 6 distances – on 3 September two races for Children, and on 4 September the Sports, Popular, MTB and Retro events.

The opening concert of Cello Cēsis Festival is breaking through the established boundaries of genres; it is an invitation to a programme inspired by search for new musical solutions: the grandson of composer Sergei Prokofiev, London-based composer, musician and producer Gabriel Prokofiev will team up with the Latvian cellist Valters Pūce and the Sinfonietta Rīga string ensemble to perform his original music for cello, electronics and string ensemble.

The new autumn season will shine with a grand opening of the Autumn Season on 24 September at the Sigulda Castle Quarter and the Kingdom of Golden Autumn Sigulda is all set to welcome canopies of flamboyant leaves, golden valleys, and endless horizons of vibrant colours.
